Pre emerge

Finishing pre emerge application after taking a pause due to an early cold spell. Native areas are next.

Zoysia walkpaths

Zoysia walkpaths have been installed on holes #2, 5, 14, and 15. This will be a big improvement for our walkers. The zoysia will work well in these areas due to it's traffic tolerance.

Fall Aeration

  Fall aeration of greens and tees is in full swing. Rain has delayed the process, but we were able to continue when the weather cleared. Benefits include reduced thatch and increased firmness, and better oxygen and water efficiency. Allow 7-10 days for the holes to heal.

Midwest Classic
